Synergy Trading Group - a family of businesses
MBS is a subsidiary company of Synergy Trading Group (STG), a group of trade companies, who have worked together for a long time and offer a wide range of high quality services, all under one roof. The Synergy Trading Group Limited incorporates our flagship company, Vulcan Building Services Ltd (VBS), Maintained Building Services Limited (MBS) , IN-VENT Environmental Services and Synergy Group Developments.
MBS works on projects individually or alongside their partner subsidiaries, accessing full service solutions for all your construction, maintenance, environmental and project management needs.

We regularly monitor and promote the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace and strive always to provide a safe, risk-free environment for everyone to work in, while remaining approachable to open and honest feedback from all those involved.
Reviewing our strategies regularly and keeping our H&S focus fresh, is important to us. Staying ahead of constantly changing regulations, applying the latest standards and maintaining open communication lines between senior management, office and site staff, our apprentices and sub-contractors, keeps everyone involved and updated.
We make sure our site operatives are appropriately qualified for the job and provide opportunities for off and on-site H&S training, ensuring safety protection and awareness in their working environment.
Risk Assessment Method Statement
Every project is individually assessed to minimize any risks. Our experienced Project Managers produce well-defined and effective method statements to ensure appropriate safe working systems are in place and clearly understood.
Toolbox talks
These regular team briefings, cover current and specific site safety matters, promote our ‘don’t walk by’ culture on site and provide the chance for ‘housekeeping’ checks on site tidiness and generally encouraging all site-staff to highlight any H&S concerns.
